Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours, but in some cases such as Big Sales, or High Sales Volumes it could possibly take longer. Should you need your item (s) by a certain date Contact Us prior to making your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We ship orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3 pm Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from the date they are shipped out from our warehouse; if you are in the Metro Detroit Area it could be even sooner. Please note that it is possible to receive an order from us on a Saturday depending on when the package left our facility.
